As a highly trained classical and jazz violinist with a special teaching degree from Austria, I take pride in offering high-end instrumental education. I teach violin, electric violin, and viola, as well as songwriting, improvisation, and music theory. Look around my artist website to learn more about my artistry.
My style is customized individually for each student depending on interests and needs. I teach all levels and ages and incorporate a strong classical violin technique as the foundation. I believe that each of us has leadership skills and I use my lessons to bring those qualities to the forefront by working on self-expression, improvisation, and creativity (teaching composition and songwriting). In addition, I expose my students to many different styles of music.
The skills I teach my students help in academia, perseverance, work ethic, socially and for their creativity in all areas of their lives. Watch my video to find out what I offer:
I have strong classical training from Austria with a specialized Violin Teaching Degree. Austria has an old music history and a broad music school system, every child learns an instrument. In addition, I have a Jazz degree. I have been performing professionally since the age of 13, went to a specialized music high school while studying as a full-time student at the Music Academy, won prizes as a child performer, and expanded musically as an adult by coming to NYC. I established myself not only in the classical genre but also in Jazz, R&B, Hip Hop and Pop, as a violinist, singer, songwriter, and producer. My last 2 solo releases made it into 10 categories for a potential Grammy nomination in the Pop, Rock, and Gospel categories. I have toured internationally and have performed on TV and big stages. I am an Associate Professor for violin & vocals at the ROC NATION School of Music, Sports, and Entertainment at Long Island University, Brooklyn, NYC. Feel free to look around on my website.
I help aspiring Songwriters write their original songs in an online Songwriting Membership, so they can transform their feelings and lives. You can download a free PDF called “Seven Steps to Unlocking Your Inner Songwriter” here if you want to start writing songs yourself. With my project called FREEDOM AROUND THE WORLD, I organize ConcertTalks to spread the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
